Collection
We collect personal information to assist us in planning and implementing safe and
quality programs.
Disclosure
This information will only be disclosed to Between Friends Club personnel or necessary
personnel of programming partners. Names may be used in promotional documents of
the Between Friends Club, only when express permission has been granted. Information
will be disclosed to other parties only when express written permission is provided.
Donors
- We collect personal information in order to establish and maintain communication
with our donors, provide tax receipts and to recognize your contributions.
- This information is not sold to nor shared with outside parties. We may publicize
your contributions in our newsletters, on our website, in our donor reports and
in our annual reports unless otherwise requested.
Disposal
At the end of each program session, all data provided to authorized personnel is
shredded. The information gathered by the agency will be kept no less than two years,
and may be kept longer, after which time it will be disposed of by shredding to
ensure confidentiality is maintained.
