Registration will then be ongoing from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays until all programs are full. Call (403) 508-0110 to register during regular office hours. If you must leave a voice message, please include all registration details however; confirmation of registration will only be complete after speaking with the registrar to confirm your request .

Program Fees

Eight week programs cost $105.00 and nine week programs cost $115.00. Program fees are due at the time of registration. If you do not have a credit card, payment must be made by cash or cheque within 5 business days of registration. If fees are not paid by this date, the participant will forfeit their space in the program to the first person on the waiting list.

New Cancellation Policy

To cancel any registration, call (403) 508-0110. A cancellation fee of $15.00 is charged for each cancelled program space. Our program leaders cannot accept cancellations. You must notify the office or you will be charged for all program days that occur until notification of cancellation is received. If a participant cancels from a program with less than two weeks notice or after the start date and their space cannot be filled, there will be NO refund. However, if their space can be filled, a pro-rated amount will be charged. No additional fee will be charged for transfers from one program to another.

Fee Assistance

Fee assistance is available for individuals who do not have the financial resources to attend Between Friends Club programs. Between Friends Club will provide fee assistance for up to 2 programs per session. To apply, first register in the program(s) and indicate the need for financial assistance. A Fee Assistance Application Form will then be provided. The form must be completed and returned to the main office within 5 business days of registration. Unpaid Fees

Fees must be paid in full. Unpaid fees are sufficient cause to prevent future program registration.

NSF Policy

Between Friends Club charges $40.00 for all NSF cheques. If a cheque is returned NSF, the cheque issuer will be given 24 hours to make payment by VISA, MasterCard, money order, certified cheque, or cash. The amount of payment must include the $40.00 service fee for the NSF cheque. After the 24 hours, the registration spot will be forfeited. Sorry, no exceptions!!

Between Friends Club reserves the right to cancel any program prior to its beginning and refund in full any fees paid for that program.
