NOTE: TO REGISTER YOU MUST BE A CURRENT 2010 MEMBER.
Spring/Summer Programs
(All Ages)
Registration begins on Thursday, March 18 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
By telephone and online for 2010
MEMBERS ONLY
Registration will then be ongoing from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. weekdays until all programs are full. Call (403) 508-0116 to register during regular
office hours. Please do not leave a voice mail message as those registrations will not
be entered into the database.
Program Fees
Fee of $88.00 for 8 week programs and $77.00 for 7 week programs. Program fees are due at the time of registration. If you do not have a credit card, payment must be made by cash or cheque within 5 business days of registration. If fees are not paid by this date, the participant will forfeit their space in the program to the first person on the waiting list.
Fee Subsidy Program
A fee subsidy may be available to help those families who require financial assistance for their child to attend any programs. If you require a fee subsidy, first register for the session and then contact Shannon Smid at (403) 508-0117. Shannon will assist you with the fee subsidy process.
Families who receive FSCD funding must pay their fees in advance or proof of financial need is necessary. You must fill out and return your subsidy form within five business days of registration or your registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy for Programs
To cancel any registration, call 508-0116. A $10.00 cancellation fee is charged for every cancellation.
Our program leaders cannot accept cancellations. You must notify the office or you will be charged for
all program days that occur until notification of cancellation is received. If a participant cancels
from a program with less than two weeks notice or after the start date and their space cannot be filled,
there will be NO refund. However, if their space can be filled, a pro-rated amount will be charged.
No additional fee will be charged for transfers from one program to another.
If a participant cancels with less than two weeks notice or after the start date,
and that registration spot can be filled, they will be charged an amount which is
pro-rated according to the number of program days until a replacement participant
is found. However, without two weeks notice, if that registration spot cannot be
filled, there will be NO refund.
If a participant transfers from one program or camp session to another no additional
fee will be charged.
Outstanding Fees
No one with outstanding fees will be allowed to register for programs until their fees are paid in full.
NSF Policy
Between Friends Club charges $40.00 for all NSF cheques. If a cheque is returned NSF, the cheque issuer
will be given 24 hours to make payment by VISA, MasterCard, money order, certified cheque, or cash.
The amount of payment must include the $40.00 service fee for the NSF cheque. After the 24 hours,
the registration spot will be forfeited. Sorry, no exceptions!!
Between Friends Club reserves the right to cancel any program prior to its beginning and
refund in full any fees paid for that program.
